Our Event Packages
The Chillybean experience is full of options and ways to customize for your event! Packages start at $800. Events larger than 150 people start at $1200 in our Large Events package.
Espresso & Ice Cream
$800
Our base package starts at $800 and is suitable for events under 150 people. Included in this package is espresso, cold brew, affogatos, and your choices of four different flavors of ice cream. This package is fully customizable with additional menu and pricing upon request. Any additional customization is subject to cost increase on overall packaging price.
3 hours of service included in base rate + $100.00 per additional hour.
Large Events
$1200
Large events are any event between 150 and 300 people. You’ll receive everything as Espresso & Ice Cream with your choice of 6 ice cream flavors for guests to choose from.
3 hours of service included in base rate + $150.00 per additional hour.
The Whole Shebang
$2200
Perfect for very large weddings, corporate events, conventions, and public gatherings above 300 people! This package is a full coffee shop and ice cream parlor on wheels! Full service espresso bar and 8 different ice cream flavor options.
3 hours included in base rate + $200.00 per extra hour.
Customization and additional add-ons will increase base package rates.
